TTE Precision Jig Spacers – Custom & Standard Lengths (Max 4.000")

Precision spacing made simple. The TTE Precision Jig Spacers are CNC machined in-house at TTE using USA-sourced 7075 aluminum. Each spacer includes a 0.500" through hole and is designed for accurate, repeatable spacing between tabs, shock mounts, and brackets during welding or fabrication.

Choose from in-stock standard lengths (fixed 1.500" OD) or order a custom length and select your preferred OD (1.000", 1.250", 1.500", or 1.750"). Custom lengths are available up to 4.000" and priced by OD and length tier.
