TTE – JR2 Roller Bearings

TTE JR2 Roller Bearings, also known as Big Black Rollers, Outer Rollers, or Plastic Rollers, are the torque-transferring component in the TTE Clutch System.

These rollers are built for smooth clutch operation, consistent performance, and race-ready durability in JR2 Trophy Kart applications.

To check your existing rollers for wear, simply rock them back and forth and check the side clearance on the bearing race. Excessive movement is a sign the rollers may be worn and ready for replacement.
