TTE – JR2 Trophy Kart Roller Kit

The TTE JR2 Trophy Kart Roller Kit was developed in-house for the 2025 racing season alongside our factory driver Brody Thomas. Through extensive track testing and development, this roller kit delivered significant performance improvements and smoother clutch operation.

As RPM increases in the clutch, traditional setups can create drag on the clutch flyweights, reducing efficiency and slowing clutch response. Our roller kit was specifically designed to eliminate drag on the clutch weights as RPM climbs, allowing the clutch to operate more freely and respond more consistently throughout the power band.

By reducing friction and improving the movement of the flyweights, the TTE Roller Kit allows smooth, resistance-free clutch action, helping the clutch engage and shift more efficiently.

The result is better clutch response, improved consistency, and increased overall performance on the track.

Each kit is precision assembled using high-quality components designed to handle the demands of JR2 Trophy Kart racing.

Kit Contents

This kit includes enough rollers for one clutch.

If you are servicing multiple clutches, a separate kit will be required for each clutch.
